kontinentale herkünfte aus ungarn, dem balkan und kontinental
ostwärts treiben meist so ab ende februar bis märz.

My sancta is from Phytesia-orchids.com and coriophoras are from Albiflora and Etsy. I'm also trying your fertilizer trick Manne. Hope to give the "less cold hardy" orchids best chances to survive Estonian winter .

Sancta survived the winter very well! It spent around 50% of the winter under snow and the other 50% without any cover. It handled around -15°C for about 48h without cover with no problems.

I could not confirm that for my garden in Germany. Plants were killed immediately by that conditions.
Species coriophora was standing well, but sancta didn't.

Amazing results!
I have a few seedlings of A. fragrans in the garden (seeds from Wolfgang) that have survived past winters, but the temperature has not been below -7°C. But without being covered by a layer of snow and with a clear sky it hits the plants hard!

Da sind inzwischen mehrere Unterarten beschrieben und es gibt auch Hybriden.

Ist das auch O.coriophora? Die Pflanzenapp behauptet das jedenfalls. Die Pflanze sieht allerdings komplett anders aus als die oben von mir gezeigte, sowohl die Blüte als auch der Habitus insgesamt. Sie ist heute erstmals aufgeblüht
