I experiment udifferent media I made myself exclusively in asymbiotic method.
I have many Ophrys species in flask : iricolor, lycia, chestermanii, lacaitae, cretica, morisii, argolica, aesculapii, tarentina, etc..
As well as many Himanto/Anacamptis/etc.. :)

Do You keep the glas dark at room temerature?

4 weeks after sowing but it was germinating three weeks after sowing. The flasks are in the dark in my bathroom ( temperatures between 10-15°C. I sowed last week mature seeds of A.collina and it has germinated in three days only :).
